This game hasn't been updated in 12 years, so it is most likely a problem with your environment. I also need a better description of the symptoms to begin to help you.
ok, so basically error said that the files is corrupted for some reason. tried to move it to c:/program files/, because it might've been path error (old stuff might not work well with Cyrillic paths), however that wasn't the case. Reinstalled the game couple of times, rebooted my PC, nothing was working.

i've played it like two months ago, it stopped working like yesterday
